Who is responsible and the nature of the project

This website is the responsibility of Bruno Ricardo Verissimo Marques, established in Switzerland. BMDigital Services is the name of a personal project in its early stage, not a registered company. There is therefore no commercial register entry and no VAT number. Contact: [email protected].

The site provides information and presents the services. It does not allow you to buy services, make payments or enter into contracts online. Any work would depend on a proposal and its own terms, agreed separately. If the site is later used for sales, bookings or payments, these details will have to be completed, in particular with a postal address and, if they exist by then, a commercial register entry and a VAT number.

Examples and demonstrations

The content is prepared with care. No guarantee is given as to its accuracy, completeness or how up to date it is. The examples and demonstrations on this site are illustrations, not a promise of a result. The demonstration projects use fictional businesses and data: the restaurant and the photography studio are made up, and the photographs in the studio demonstration come from Unsplash.

The suggestions on this site should be adapted to your context and do not replace specialist advice where that is needed. Getting in touch does not create an obligation to contract services.

Use of the content

The texts, images and graphics on this site are protected by copyright. Any use beyond what the law allows requires prior written permission.

BMD Monitor

BMD Monitor is an internal BMD tool, not a public portal. Access requires an authorised account, and the Google Drive functions can only be connected by the administrator. The connection serves exclusively to create and manage the folders that BMD Monitor itself creates as part of approved onboardings.

I aim to keep the information useful and up to date. The site may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable. This site links to external websites whose content is outside my control; the respective provider alone is responsible for them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
