How I work

One person, from the first conversation to the handover.

You always talk to me, in English, Portuguese or German. I start by understanding the problem and the process, and only then choose the technology.

Four stages, no surprises.

  1. Conversation

You tell me what you do, what you use today and where time gets lost. I ask questions until I understand the process, before talking about tools.

  2. Proposal

You get the proposal as a link, with the scope, the price of each item, how long it is valid and what isn't included. You can save it as a PDF and decide in your own time.

  3. Build

I work in short stages. You see a review version on a private address and the record of each session on your own tracking page. Nothing goes public without your approval.

  4. Handover

Everything stays in your accounts, with a simple explanation of what you have and where it is. If you like, I can stay on for monthly support.

Project tracking

You follow the work closely, session by session.

Every project has a page of its own. After each session, I add a plain-language update explaining what I did and what comes next. You don't have to ask where things stand.

  • The stage and the next step. You see where the project stands and what I'm going to do next.
  • What I need from you. You can see which text, photos or access I still need from you and whether anything is holding up the work.
  • Every session, from start to finish. Date, what was done and the next step, with the most recent at the top.
  • An email notification, if you want one. You switch notifications on and get an email when I publish an update. No automatic digests and no newsletters.
  • Private access, without creating an account. You sign in with a personal link and a code sent to your email. It stays active until the end of the warranty period.

What you can expect.

The accounts stay yours.

Domain, hosting and tools stay in your name. I work with access you give me, which you can remove at any time, and everything keeps running.

Nothing goes out without your approval.

Emails, bookings, proposals and published changes only go ahead once you have approved them.

One step at a time.

We start with what costs you the most today and only move on once you have seen the result.

No promises that can't be checked.

I don't promise numbers I can't measure. I show you what was done and how you can confirm it.

Built for you.

Every project uses your brand, your colours and your design. I adapt the layout and content to your business.

Data protected, as the law requires.

Your clients' data stays in a secure backend, with access only for those who need it and only what each task needs, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR.

Which tools I use.

I choose the tool after I understand the process. If your website is already on Wix or WordPress, I work from there: I adjust it, connect forms, payments and automations, or add the backend that's missing.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need to understand technology?

No. I explain each piece in plain language and leave you a summary of what you have and where it is.

Whose name are the domain and the accounts in?

Yours. I use access you give me, and you can remove it whenever you want.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Before we start you get a proposal with the price of each item, in euros or Swiss francs.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes, if the proposal includes an editing area or the setup of an existing editor, such as Wix or WordPress. We agree on the text, photographs, prices and languages you can change, keeping the design of the website. You get protected access, training and initial support with a defined duration and limits.

Editing it yourself is a paid option, added separately or included in the project price when the proposal says so. On a website without an editor, you can ask me for changes, with a quote before we go ahead. New pages and structural changes are assessed separately.

Does the editing area include maintenance and tool costs?

The proposal separates the implementation, the training and the initial support from future maintenance and any supplier costs. Paying for the implementation doesn't include unlimited technical support. For any recurring service, we agree the price, how often it happens and who is responsible before we start.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Portuguese and German. Websites and emails can be in more than one language.

I already have a website and a domain. Do I have to change everything?

No. I start by looking at what's already there; often a few adjustments are enough. An audit shows you the priorities before you change anything.

Is my clients' data safe?

Yes. It stays in a secure backend, with access only for those who need it, kept only for as long as necessary and handled as required by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR. I explain to you where each piece of data sits and who can see it.

How do I know where the project stands?

Through your tracking page. After each working session I write there what was done and the next step, and you can ask for an email whenever there's an update.

How do we talk?

By email, video call or message, whichever suits you best. From the first contact to the handover, you always talk to me.

Shall we see if it's a good fit?

A short message is enough to start. If I'm not the right person for what you need, I'll tell you.
