(opens in a new window)Many restaurants still take bookings by phone and by message. On a busy day the phone keeps ringing with the same question, only for the caller to hear that there are no tables left. The idea: the customer sees for themselves which tables are available and submits a booking request in seconds, and the restaurant manages everything in one place.

The ones that arrive by phone or message go into the same dashboard as the online ones.
The restaurant's brand, colours and photographs. In this demonstration, a fictional restaurant and example photographs.
In this demonstration the bookings are fictional and stay only in the browser. Real use requires shared storage, protected access, capacity rules and testing across devices. That work, and the rules for handling data, including the Swiss FADP and the GDPR where they apply, have to be defined and validated before accepting real bookings.
A fictional restaurant, in Portuguese. Under “Restaurante”, at the top, you get the management dashboard; the bookings stay only in your browser.
